"Tired of fastfood? Eat slowly, this is Slow Food!

Today we have no time even to go to the bathroom. All I want quickly, we spent the day from one place to another without stopping. Running after the bus, or driving fast to work, when the solution would have been up 10 minutes earlier. And it is so, and often do not have time even to eat, and we get a sandwich or buy a bokata.

The Italians, wanted to change that with the Slow Food initiative is already known worldwide. And what we want is to break with the standardization of fast food today and return to the origins, eating seasonal produce and processed as previously required.

This week welcomes the initiative in San Sebastian, and the following bars and restaurants are attached:

Each restaurant, choose a product and prepare a dish or pintxo to promote the slow food, and add it to your menu each day throughout the week. Establishments may be identified through the lineup they will present at the entrance of the bar.

Encourage them, which is only available during the week.
